Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping costs paid by AutoPlugin to ship the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition unused. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for both the cost of shipping the original product back to AutoPlugin and the cost of shipping the replacement product.
Replacement products will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.
