Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping. The original shipping cost paid by AutoPlugin to ship the order will be deducted from the refund.

Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost to send the replacement unit.
